4ti2 installation guide for linux machines

Download the file for linux machines to the directory that shall contain the 4ti2 directory. Untar file by 'tar xvfz 4ti2_v1.3.1_linux_x86.tgz'. Remove tar file by 'rm 44ti2_v1.3.1_linux_x86.tgz'.
