4ti2 installation guide for MacOSX machines

Download the file for MACOSX machines to the directory that shall contain the 4ti2 directory. Unzip file '4ti2_v1.3_macOSX.tgz'. Remove file '4ti2_v1.3_macOSX.tgz'.
